Postage and Freight Over 25kg: Please arrange for pick up from our Newtown shop. Please specify what day it will be picked up so we can have it ready for you. Also if using a courier please specify which company. Packaging and handling fee is $10 per item. If within 5km of Newtown we can organize delivery of items for a cost of $40. Under 20 kg: Australia Post. We can add this cost to your order along with the packaging and handling charge. Up to 25kg: by courier anywhere in Australia. We can arrange this for you. Include your address in your order and we will calculate a courier and packaging and handling charge for you. We take great care in packaging items and all items are packaged in foam to prevent breakages. All items will be checked before sending. However no responsibility will be taken for breakages that occur during transit. |
Lay By Terms 30% Deposit on all lay bys 3 Month Term All lay bys MUST be finalised by the end of the agreed date. Please Note: Lay by deposits are non refundable if you are unable to complete the transaction for any reason. Special Orders We are now able to accept special orders. This includes specific designs for water features, colourisation of gargoyles and other mythical creatures, specific t-shirt size etc. We have at our disposal a network of talented artists who are capable of creating just about any gargoyle, dragon or other mythical creature you can imagine! Please Note: 50% deposit is required on all Special Orders. There are no refunds on Special Orders for any reason. |
